Hope the fishing is good for you
in Britain we say tight-lines !
w Wielkiej Brytanii mÃÅ‚wimy mocno linii!

- most would rather eat the blighters
![;)](/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.png)
- some release most or all the fish caught.
![B)](/public/style_emoticons/default/cool.png)
There are only a few C&R fisheries in Poland (basically stretches of trout/grayling rivers, with a roughly 7 mile stretch of the San being the most notable). However this approach seems to be gradually catching on; there are fairly frequent debates about it on various fishing forums. The majority approach is rather pro-kill, though many are quite reasonable about it taking just the odd fish now and then.
Have faith, after all Rome too was not built in a day ...
Tight lines is fine, though we in Poland actually say: połamania kija, meaning Break a rod
Cheers,
Fatso

I wrote a simple message for our Admin and offerred him to write the first post about our approach to C&R.
This portal puts a lot of pressure on C&R and good practices on how to handle fish. Unfortunately, reality, at our rivers and lakes, is totally different. (shame)
C&R is the future of our hobby, but there is a long way ahead off us.
Greetings
Kryst

Hi I am using google translate as I do not speak polish , and I am having difficulty navigating the site as it does not translate the buttons only text.
Powitać

In case of buttons, you have to translate them one by another. Shouldn't take much time, because there is not many of them.
Is there any particular reason, you've register on that site?

and about translating ryboÅ‚ÃÅ‚wstwo its more like catching a fishes whith nets, like you'd compare an angler with a fisherman

Welcome on board.
Jerkbait.pl always promoted C&R from day one. There's a long way ahead of us. Slowly but surely we are getting more and more anglers to release fish caught. All photos on website and forum are of released fish.
Regards,
Bujo

I wouldn't be so sure, however most of us do our best to promote C&R idea...

I think you well know my approach and I have no doubts that most of presented here trophies are still growing in the water. The only concern is the sea trouts, which releasing is still very rare in Poland.

@BennyGesserit wrote in his first post:

I think, this indicates that Benny is looking for new friends and probing, what we think about modern fishing. What the best subject is to ask? About C&R and our views about!

however usig translate triples the time it takes me to post.
break a rod guys

Only some of us will be intersted in conversing with you. We have discussed C&R issue many times and the final conclusion was always the same: a lot of declarations, a lot of emotions, and finaly - bleak reality. I preffer not to talk what I do, but what I did and what I am planning to do to share different ideas to ordinary folks.
We are the ordinary folks. Do not expect too much from us.
